Uploading Documents in the Doorly App
You can upload documents directly:
From your device
From your photo gallery
As PDFs, JPGs, PNGs, or screenshots
Doorly’s system detects and scans documents automatically.
Tips for Successful Uploads
Make sure images are clear with no blur
All four corners of the document should be visible
Use strong lighting
Combine multiple pages into one PDF when possible
Upload both front + back of your ID if applicable
If You Receive an Upload Error
Try:
Closing and reopening the app
Switching from Wi-Fi to LTE or vice versa
Uploading as a PDF instead of a photo
Breaking up large files into smaller uploads
If the issue persists, ask the AI agent — it can open a ticket for human support.
