How You’ll Know Where to Send Payments
Within 1–2 weeks after closing, you will receive a Welcome Letter from your servicer.
It will include:
Your loan number
Payment due dates
Online portal login instructions
Contact information for support
This Welcome Letter is your official guide — save it somewhere safe.
Payment Methods Typically Accepted
Your servicer may offer:
Online payments (ACH or debit card)
Auto-draft
Mailed checks
Phone payments (fees may apply)
Set up auto-pay if possible to avoid missed payments.
First Payment Date
Your first payment is generally due 30–60 days after closing and will be listed on:
